Ayana leads STRAAD’s consulting practice bringing over 15 years of leadership experience and OE expertise supporting global institutions spanning energy & utilities, higher education, not for profits and high-performance sport in their pursuit of strategic change and impact.

Ayana is a gifted systems thinker, strategist, and developer of leaders.  She brings an interdisciplinary skill set to complex people and business problems with human-centric and values driven approaches.

Ayana holds graduate degrees from Yale University and the University of Chicago. She is a Certified Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation and holds the Family Enterprise Advisor designation.  An Ordained Minster with the United Church of Canada, Ayana lives out her commitment to social impact as Board Director of Not-for-Profit Boards and organizations including Canada’s Governor General Leadership Conference.  Ayana lives in the Treaty 7 foothills of Calgary, Alberta where she loves cooking, yoga and spending time with family.
