Megan serves as the Founder and CEO of STRAAD. Prior to establishing STRAAD, she held leadership roles at renowned Global Management Consulting Firms and Multi-National Energy companies, encompassing responsibilities in strategy, change management, and organizational effectiveness.

Within STRAAD, Megan leads the firm’s growth strategy, fostering a learning culture that cultivates shared leadership, an innovative mindset, and a commitment to addressing and resolving the intricate challenges our world faces today. Megan’s extensive background equips her to assist clients in navigating strategic and systemic-level changes. Collaborating with leaders spanning various industries, she guides them through strategic transformation initiatives.

Megan earned her commerce undergraduate degree from McGill University and holds an Executive MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Residing in Calgary, Alberta with her husband and two children, Megan remains connected to her small-town roots.
